Griamore Build Guide: Best Weapons, Armor & Team Comps — 7DS Origin

Overview & Lore

Griamore is an SR-rarity Holy Knight of Liones, the son of former Grandmaster Dreyfus, and a wielder of the protective magic known as "Wall." He is fiercely devoted to Princess Veronica and will do absolutely anything to keep her safe. Alongside his friends Howzer and Gilthunder, he is famously known as one of the "Trio of Troublemakers," and in combat, he serves as a defensive control character who specializes in generating barriers and protecting his team.

Best Weapons and Roles

While Griamore's specific elemental affinities for each weapon are not explicitly detailed in the current database, his weapon choices drastically alter his playstyle between pure tanking, crowd control, and aggressive bruiser:

  • Sword and Shield (Best for Pure Defense & Support): This is his premier tanking loadout. His passive ability automatically increases the Defense of any allied hero with a Barrier by 15%. His Shield Impact stance makes him immune to Reactions while reducing damage taken by 40%, and his Tag Skill grants the entire team Barriers that scale off his Defense.
  • Gauntlets (Best for Crowd Control): This weapon focuses heavily on inflicting and exploiting the Stun status effect. His abilities deal bonus damage to Stunned enemies, and using his Shield Rush skill on a Stunned target restores a massive amount of the Tag Gauge.
  • Nunchaku / Cudgel (Best for Bruiser DPS): This build requires you to sacrifice your defenses for raw power. His Wall Sphere and Wall Crash skills actually remove his active Barriers to massively increase his Attack and Ultimate Move damage, allowing him to deliver devastating blows while stunning the enemy.

Best Armor, Stats & Costumes

Since specific named best-in-slot armor sets are currently "under construction" in the game's data, you should build Griamore purely as a tank. Prioritize Defense and Max HP, as his most important supportive skills—like the Barriers generated from his Sword and Shield Tag Skill—scale directly from his Defense stat.

You can drastically improve his survivability by equipping the right Costumes:

  • Holy Knight of the Iron Wall (Best for Support): Gives a chance to increase all allied heroes' Defense by up to 60% and grants massive Barriers (equal to up to 30% of Max HP) whenever an allied hero is hit.
  • Casual Outing (Best for Raw Stats): A straightforward but powerful costume that permanently increases his Defense by up to 20% and his Barrier Efficiency by up to 30%.

Best Team Compositions

Currently, Griamore is considered a niche placeholder in the broader meta, but he shines in specific setups that require high survivability or barrier synergy.

  • The Barrier Synergy Team: Jericho (Main DPS with Lance), Griamore (Tank/Support), Tioreh (Healer), Dreyfus (Sub-DPS). Jericho's Lance build features a passive that relies entirely on having an active Barrier to buff the team's Cold damage and defenses. Griamore is the perfect enabler for this, constantly feeding Jericho the shields she needs to maximize her output.
  • The "Troublemaker" Achievement Team: Howzer, Gilthunder, Griamore, and a flexible support like Hendrickson. While maybe not the absolute highest DPS team, running these three specific characters together allows you to work towards maxing their Shared Mastery, which is required to unlock the Trio of Troublemakers Gold Trophy.

Key Playstyle Tips

  • Master Shield Uptime (Sword and Shield): If playing him as a tank, your primary goal is to ensure your team always has a Barrier active to trigger his 15% Defense boost passive. Swap him in to use his Shell Drop Tag Skill, absorb heavy hits with his Shield Impact stance, and then swap back to your DPS.
  • Exploit Stun Windows (Gauntlets): When using his Gauntlets, communication and timing are key. Wait until you or a teammate Stuns the boss, then quickly use his Shield Rush to rapidly fill the Tag Gauge and follow up with his Emission Shield Ultimate to deal 30% bonus damage to the incapacitated target.
  • Use His Rolling Traversal: Outside of combat, Griamore has one of the most unique Adventure Skills in the game. He can roll himself up into a ball to move quickly across Britannia, which makes him immune to certain status effects and allows him to chain jumps while moving.
